Marriage License

In Winnipeg, A marriage License cost $100.00 and both parties must be present. A Passport is required or a drivers license with another piece of I.D. Divorce persons are required to show a certificate of divorce, persons whose spouse is deceased are required to show a death certificate. Date and place of intended marriage must be provided at this time.|
